I get there and it seems that I don't have access. It says contact support so could someone please call me at your earliest convenience 215-880-4580 I did do 2 tickets already but I'm still not getting what I need to be registered so that I could take the exam. To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.
Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam and complete the form at the bottom of the page.
