Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

I tried to reset my password manually without any assistance. It did give me the e-mail address to click on the link to set my password and when I log in it tells me that I need to contact the support team So can someone please help me?
