Dear Jill,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. You have 3 attempts to set up TFA once login into your account.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

I was unable to take the HECM exam at my scheduled time this morning - even with the assistance of Kryterion. My login on the HUD website (the first step in taking the exam) was not working. MY email is jjoyce@nhsmass.org - my password was correct - (I was not getting an incorrect password message - rather a contact support message) I had to reschedule the exam twice - and now am still unable to log in
