Good morning. I already pass the test. I tried to log in to my account, to finish the process for certification. I logged in, I put the application verification code, and it appeared invalid application. I tried 5 times. Then I tried to reset my password; system sent me the link to my email. I clicked on that link, then I clicked in log in, then the system took me to application verification code, (it didn't send me to put my new password), I put my application verification code, as it was requested, and it appeared Invalid application code again and again. Please help me with this, I need to log in in my account, or please I can call you and follow your instructions.

If you are unable to recall your password, enter your account email in the Forgot Password? tool. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link to verify that you are the account owner. You will need to set a new account password after email verification. Support does not assign or have access to user passwords.
If you do not receive the email with the link to reset your password, please check your spam and junk folders. Please also verify that you are checking the correct email address.
Please be advise that your password reset and TFA set are 2 different ways to enter into your account. With TFA you will get a QR code or a 6 digit code from your HUD website it will indicate ****Click here to generate code*****.
