Hello, my name is Lassie Gonzalez. I'm having trouble accessing my housing counselors account. It's already locked me and I was reading through the directions and it's that after six hours it would automatically let me sign again. However, I'm still having trouble, so if someone can just please give me a call back at 323-722-3955.
