Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Caller is trying to log in to HUD Housing Counselor system. User ID: teresa@flhome.org She is preparing herself to take the exam - she wanted to login to take practice tests, and she tried to login, but it says, "Contact Support to re-set access."  Please help her log back in to the HUD Housing Counselor system. She is scheduled to take her exam next Tues., 04/15/25.
