Dear Dominique,

Please be aware your codes are not linked by phone number and will not receive a text message with a code. You must download one of these apps once you have done so you will get the following on your HUD account:

Validation Plugin: TFA TOTP

Generate verification codes from a mobile or desktop application.

  • Reset application**** this is the link you click on to generate the QR code or the 6-digit code.

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
