I don't know why I keep having an issue with signing into my account. It seems like everytime I put my password in it says its invalid and when I request to reset password, the change password email is generated by when I tap on the link it does not take me to the reset password site only to the log in site. Then when I try to repeat this process again to try to change the password, the system logs me out. This is frustrating. Please help. This is now the 3rd time i believe regarding this same issue. Thank you in advance.

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
