I'm reaching out because I'm scheduled to take my HUD Housing Counselor exam today, April 24th, but I'm currently experiencing technical difficulties that are preventing me from accessing the exam. I was recently laid off from my previous employer due to our program being federally funded—unfortunately, the new federal administration ended our contract. My work email, ynoubani@cwsglobal.org, was originally associated with both my HUD Housing Counselor account and Webaccessor login. While my exam-related email was successfully updated to noubaniyasmine, the Webaccessor system is still linked to my old work email. As a result, I’m unable to log in and access the exam. To make matters more difficult, the testing site is refusing to reschedule or issue a credit, despite this being a situation outside of my control.
