Dear Wanda,

Support suggests on your authenticator app to delete the previous HUD account linked to the authenticator or if you are unable to delete, please re-add your HUD account by clicking the + sign on the corner. Once that is complete login to your HUD account and a "Reset Application will be available to click on to either scan a QR code or generate a 6-digit code.

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

Original Ticket Body: Hello,
I'm not able to access the site. I've tried to reset my password, used Google Authenticator for the 6-digit code, and I'm still unable to access it. Please advise what should be done.
Thank you,
Wanda Collins

Hi, my name is Wanda Collins Collins. My phone number is 708-439-5193. I'm calling because I am trying to log into hudhousingcounselors.gov. I've done the reset password, I even have done the authenticator, the third party authenticator application and it still does not recognize it and I've done it multiple times to reset my password. So if someone could please give me a call back again. My phone number is 708-439-5193. Thank you.
