I do not have a record of the 6-digit code for Two-Factor authorization and I am attempting to log in using my desktop, not mobile phone.
Please advise me how o remedy gaining access using a desktop with Windows 11.

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
