Hello,

 I'm still unable to log in, I don't believe it was reset.  I'm still receiving below...

 I need assistance in resetting the entire authentication portion when I login.  As if it's my 1st time logging in to the site.  

I no longer have access to my previous phone in order to get the code from.  

I need assistance ASAP, please.
