Follow-Up on Reasonable Accommodation Request for HUD Exam I am writing to follow up on my request for a reasonable accommodation in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for the upcoming HUD exam. Previously, I submitted a doctor’s note in support of my request for accommodations, and I received confirmation that it was received. However, during my last exam, the accommodations recommended by my physician were not implemented. I want to ensure that this oversight does not occur again. I will be submitting an updated doctor's note shortly for the upcoming exam. I respectfully request confirmation that my documentation has been received and that the specific accommodations recommended by my provider will be applied as required under the ADA. I plan on taking the exam by the end of June. I am with the Community Action Program of Evansville. My test location is at Ivy Tech Community College, and test days are only on Mondays. I would appreciate it if there could be an accommodation to not take the exam in a room with other individuals with small cubicles due to certain noises and distractions. Please let me know if anything further is needed on my end to facilitate this process. Thank you for your attention to this matter Brittany Copeland
