Hi, my name is Patty Ellams. I'm supposed to be taking my test at 10:00. I've been wasting my time for the last 20 minutes trying to log in. My password is correct, my username is correct, it's just not letting me do it. I don't understand this. You make it so difficult. My number is 917-922-1275. Yes, I sent in a ticket.
