Dear Crystal,

Upon completion of the exam, each candidate receives an immediate PASS or FAIL notification, as applicable. Candidates who pass receive an email outlining next step. Those who fail receive an email report with information as described in the practice exam feedback explanation. Passing scores are not provided to test takers. Support is unable to see your actual score. The status of your test on Webassessor shows Completed for your exam status.

Hi and good morning. I got an email saying that I failed the HECM exam with a score of zero. I did read the 99th question outloud & got a message saying I was not allowed to do that. Was I given a zero because of that error? Thank you. Crystal Doe
