Your test date details are included in your Assessment Purchase Confirmation email. Your test date details are also located in the Countdown to Your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. You must be logged in to access your user profile. To change your test date, please log in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and visit the Exam Registration page.

Hello, my name is Hyun Jung Oh. I am registered to take an in-person HUD Counselor exam on 06/23/2025. Last week, I mistakenly filed a fraud charge from Kryterion Webassessor without knowing this is the testing exam. I have since then called my bank and reversed this charge. I wanted to make sure that this does not affect my scheduled exam date on 06/23/2025. I apologize for the confusion and the hassle. Thank you for your help.
