Original Ticket Body: i cant sign in its asking me for a authentication code, i have the app but no way to add my account to the app
Dear Ebony,
Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. If you have the authenticator app you will need to click the + sign to add your HUD account or the 3 lines in the corner. Once added you will login to your HUD account,, and it will ask for the code that will generate from the authenticator app or will give you a Reset link that will allow you to scan the OR code or generate the 6-digit code.
