Dear LaKisha,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Once logged into your HUD account please click the Set Up application. You should only have to enter the code once in a while not every time you log in. 

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

My user verification codes do not work. They are populated on my phone through the hud.gov app every 30 seconds, but every 6 digit code I enter is invalid. I believe I have one last try to get it working properly before it blocks me out of the study program completely.
