I have tried several times to call the support to explain my issue with logging into the site. I have not gotten a call back, only a reply via email. I can not resolve the problem as once I login I am asked for the 6 digit code. I do not see anyplace where it asks me to reset application?

Yes, my name is Patricia Fascinello and I'm having trouble logging in. My phone number is 774-283-3505. I did send in a ticket yesterday. I was I had downloaded the Google Authenticator app and it won't send me a code to get into it and I don't know what I'm doing so I thought maybe somebody could help me. I did get a message back asking if I had asked me to reset the application, but it wants me to submit a new ticket and I have to sign in for that so which I can't get into it. Thank you for informing us of the issue you are experiencing. To better enable us to resolve the issue, please provide more information by updating this ticket via the link at the bottom of this message. If you have downloaded the app and added your HUD account to the authenticator app you will then log into your HUD account and either click Reset Application or Set Up Application and scan the QR code that will then prompt you to enter the 6-digit code generated by the authenticator app. If you have already one the sets above and set up TFA before you will simply log into your HUD account and when prompted to enter the 6-digit code, you will then open the authenticator app that will generate the 6-digit code needed.
