Dear Rachael,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Once you have downloaded the app please login to your HUD account and click the Set up application that will give you a QR code.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

I need someone to call me at 8456681148 regarding this on going matter I am not getting a code to scan. It gives no option to set up TFA. All it says on my end is enter 6 digit verification code that I DONT HAVE. Can someone call me or give me a number to call? My number is 845-668-1148.
