having issues with taking classes and some say started & completed and tryng to see all the classes and status and all won't come up in the lists. going to call as well as went to your site as was told to do am not getting response and help I need

Original Ticket Body: When pulling th elist of classes and our status. other day showed and now missing in the list you show: 5.2, 5.3 and 2.2. Also shows 4.1, 4.2 and 6.1 started. We reached out other week one class would not allow in last stage to complete as kept flasing and was sure you fixed but now we don't have 3 that are n progress. We completed any classes we sarted.
