jason yancey 213-923-9987 having difficulty logging into the hud housing counselors page there's an issue with the two factor authentication umm every time i put in the code it's not working and even with the new generated code so i need some assistance thank you

Dear Jason,
Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked. Please clear all windows and browsers before opening your HUD account. Once done open a new window and log into your HUD account and you will see a link stating to Set up application click on that link to generate a new QR code to scan and link your account.
Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
