Good afternoon, I've been trying for days to set up the two step authenticator to get prepared for the exam that will be taken on July 2 at 10:00am central time and haven't been successful. I understand that is a process that's needed but is there anyway my account can remain unlock until the exam has been taken. I've reach out already about this same situation and can someone please contact me or is there a phone number I can call to further assist me. Thanks.
