I need HELP! I have reset my password twice now, the two way authenticator not accepting the code. I have recreated my account. I trying to do the HUD Housing Counselor Training Module I'm sign in on Exchange page, but can't get in the login on HUD Housing Training Module. Or do I need to login. I don't know

Dear Joyletha,
Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Please clear all windows and browsers before logging back into your HUD account. Support is not able to reset your password. Once you have done so log back into your HUD account and it will ask you to Set up application this is where you will need to click the link and scan the QR code needed to access your account. Please note once set up do not delete the authenticator app.
Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
