Please advise if you would like to reschedule one of the tests for you, we will need the Date and time you would like to reschedule for and also refund one of the exams for you. Please respond to this ticket with your response.

Issue – No Response

Hi, this is Terry Drummond and my phone number is 904-305-9257. I paid for the criterion test twice yesterday hoping that I'd be able to gain access, but I believe it's because the website is down that something is not transferring correctly with my username and password. And then there was a big error message also on the page before I even put that information in. So I'm trying to figure out how to get my money back for the two criterion tests and also how and when I should reschedule this test they expect.
