Dear Sarah

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Please login to your HUD account and click the link to Set up application to set up TFA.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

Original Ticket Body: I cannot get into my account. I am registered to take the exam this week but I can't get into the account to take the practice test. My phone died late last week and I had to get a new phone. I cannot get passed the two-way authenticator code. Would you be able to assist by resetting the authenticator settings?

Hi, my name is Sarah Malcolm. I have an account on the HUD housing counselor's site. I am registered to take the exam. I take it this week and I'm trying to log in to take the practice exam and I'm having really difficulties logging in. Unfortunately my phone died last week and I had to get a new phone and I don't have access to the authenticator app and I can't get in so please help me. My phone number is 661-317-0409. Again my name is Sarah and I need help accessing my account. I really appreciate it. Thank you.
