I was scheduled to take the exam and when i went to log in i was unable to. I even had my supervisor come in and look at it, well when i canceled it they rescheduled the exam after i left for the day and it was rescheduled for the following monday and i was in a training and didnt get the email until the following friday when i got back from the training that i am required to do. the question is can i get a refund for this?
