Hi,
Im still having trouble. I used the authenticator and got in the first time. However when i try to get in again it doesnt generate a code and is requiring me to use a pin i dont have. I really need to get this situated so i can take the exam. Can you please assist

Dear Asha,
Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Please be advised if you have already set up TFA for your HUD account previously you will simply open the authenticator app that you have previously downloaded, and this will generate a 6-digit code that you will enter into the HUD website.
Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
