Final Response Notes
Kryterion contact information provided
On Thursday, July 24, I took my test at the South Plainfield location, and I would like to report and complain because, halfway through the test, the internet started interrupting every 2 minutes, displaying an error message stating that the internet was unavailable. This constant disruption significantly impacted my ability to concentrate and perform well. I had to stand up from my place and talk with the lady, and she explained to me that she needed to contact the web ambassador to resolve the issue. But they couldn't do it. As a result, that experience was disruptive and stressful for me because I was struggling, and in the end, I spent 3 hours. And make me fail my test.
I explained this to my director from the Urban League, and he asked if it would be possible for you to give me another day to complete my test without interruptions.

Dear Karla,
Please note that we do not have control over any service disruptions that may occur at the onsite testing center. For updates or assistance, we recommend contacting the testing center staff directly.
Individuals planning to take the certification examination at a proctoring center can utilize the tool to Locate a Kryterion Testing Center. Candidates can view appointment availability and schedule the exam via the Registration Process. Test centers cannot schedule your exam.
The exam will be available both in person and online throughout the US and in US Territories where there are proctoring centers, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The exam will be available online only in the Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa, as there are no proctoring centers in these areas.
