Dear Franklin,

Support suggests making sure your TFA is setup. If you have previously set TFA up when prompted for the 6-digit code open the authenticator app that you downloaded, and this will generate the code for you. 

If you are able to navigate through the HUD website and only when launching your exam are experiencing issues, please reach out to Kryterion using the instructions below.

If you experience issues with exam set up, launch, or during your exam, contact Kryterion Support immediately:

  • Live Chat for URGENT Assistance: Go to Online Proctoring Support, then select “Chat with an Expert" near the bottom of the screen. You may need to exit the exam page and access the link in a new window. After you enter your name and email address, the system should tell you how many people are ahead of you. Please wait for a Kryterion technician for assistance.
  • Webform: Go to Contact Support, then complete the form, including a detailed description, and submit. Webform responses may take up to 72 hours.

Candidates may experience long wait times for support during times of high volume. If your exam times out while you are waiting for support, Kryterion should reschedule you at no charge.

Hi, My name is Franklin Chavez on 07/30/25 at 5:30 pm tried several times to get in to do my test while I am already logged in, once I launched the test asked me again to log in therefor i get an error message user name and password are incorrect. i had tried several times entering my work email and password nothing. i said maybe if I used my regular user Fchavez it may work nothing. maybe need upgrade with the text code instead of using log in. Sorry, it's upsetting. thank you FCH
