My name is Joselyn Romero. I'm trying to transfer my exam results to FHAC to get my Counselor Exam ID online but I'm still getting the same error. (please see attachment).
I sent an email before informing the same issue, but I got just the steps how to register after getting my Exam ID.

Thank you for informing us of the issue you are experiencing. Please use abbreviations for Road, Drive. Parkway if used in your address. Also, if you a Unit number, Suite number or apartment number utilize Adress Line 2 to enter that information.
