The modules I have tried so far are under Financial Management 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3. They are all freezing approx halfway through the training. I have tried on Edge, Chrome and firefox. All with the same result. I have a screenshot of what it is doing but cannot find a way to upload it to you for viewing.

Thank you for the information we will look into this further. Support does see that Modules 1.1 and 1.2 were completed however 1.3 is not.  Does the message not allow you to attach a document at the very bottom under Choose a file?

Support does reflect that 1.3 is now completed along with 1.1 and 1.2 that you mentioned you had issues with. Please advise if you require further assistance.

Dear Diahann,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Please be advised you must download one of the apps below once completed then you will login into your HUD account and click the link Set up Application. Please be aware the code will not be sent to your email or via text it will generate through the app that you chose to download.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

TFA instructions provided/ticket closed/no response

I submitted a support ticket last month because the training modules stop about midway through the training and do not complete. I received a follow up email regarding the support ticket. I am trying the trainings again today and it is doing the same thing. I have tried the trainings in multiple browsers as well.
