I had difficulty trying to get on to the test site and have rescheduled todays 9am test for this coming Wednesday the 20th.
I know this was short notice, but I had no access to one of our IT people to help get set up early this am.
This test set up is so difficult. I will schedule with someone to help me next Wednesday and have scheduled an afternoon test, instead of in the am. I have to use my desktop and laptop to set up with 2 step phone authentication and it was frustrating.
