Dear Wendy, 

You can access your scheduled exam by selecting the "Launch Exam" button on the top of your user profile then select "My Assessments" under "Need to reschedule?"

Please provide screen shots or a URL of where it states, "a knowledge assessment and pre-test is required prior to registering for the exam." as this is incorrect and will need to be changed.

We appreciate your feedback and will provide this to our IT team to make the user experience a little easier.

Hi, I am scheduled to take the exam on 11/20/2024. The dashboard is different which has been a barrier to me rescheduling my exam. None of the links are available to reschedule. May I please get assistance to access it. The steps appear to have changed, It states that a knowledge assessment and pre-test is required prior to registering for the exam. I would like to receive guidance on the requirements to taking the exam. Thank you for consideration on this matter. Windy Lucius.
