I was scheduled to take an exam this morning at 9. However, the website was telling me that I could not log on and I needed to contact support to reset my access. I am needing help on rescheduling my exam.

Hello, I am scheduled for my HECM exam tomorrow 2/25 However, My name in Hud and FHA has always been under Annie Edwards. I have always used my nickname 'Annie' for everything. When I last updated my drivers license they made me use my legal name 'Andrea'. I just saw when take my exam I need to provide my drivers license. I did update my first name in HUD and the FHA but do not know how to update for the test as is already scheduled. What do I need to do?

I was scheduled to take the HUD counselor exam on Feb 19 but it was freezing temps so I couldn't go. Can I please get a credit toward retaking the exam. I am locked out of my HUD account.

Good day, I have tried to login, but forgot my password, received an email to reset, but the access was denied asking me to call. There was an automatic voice message. No help.

I arrived at the testing center on February 19, 2025 for a test scheduled @ noon and the test center was closed due to computer issues. The location is National Safety Council, Ark-La-Tex Chapter, 8101 Kingston Road, Suite 107, Shreveport, LA 71108. I haven't been contacted to reschedule so how to I reschedule this appointment. I have contacted the test center and this is there response. "Unfortunately, due to the policies set by your test sponsor we are unable to assist you with this issue; we ask that you please contact your testing sponsor, Ajanta Consulting LLC, directly.

I was wondering if being a certified HUD counselor by taking the exam would boost my chances with HUD for being an REO agent if not could you please explain what is the certified HUD counselor certificate use for? Do you know how I can become a listing agent for HUD and if there are any programs that could boost my chances? Do you know the name, number or website for HUDs asset managers?
