Certification Exam

Hi, my name is Heather Schoenwald and I work for Liberty Resources Inc in the Liberty Housing Development Corp department. I would like to take the HUD Housing Counselor certification exam. I am hard of hearing and Blind. I am wondering if I could take the exam oral with unlimited time? I do use a special software called JAWS which is a screen reader but since I am hard of hearing it will take me a while to hear things correctly.

Hi this is Regina Osay and I was having trouble with the website and with the. I was trying to change my password and I was having trouble with the. What is it called with the authenticator? The Google Authenticator wasn't giving me any numbers. I downloaded it on my phone and so I need some assistance. Maybe it's something I didn't do correctly. My number is 901-299-1220.
