I would like more information on the housing certification how to become a certified counselor for housing through Hud

I passed my recent HECM exam in September 2023. I was recently laid off due to a work slow down. However, when I put my name, Holly Dorough, City I use to work in "Orem", and State Utah, and Zip is 84057. It tells me their is an error. My exam has not expired, and I did well on it 88 is what I recall. I am applying to another HUD Non Profit eligible to Counsel on HECM's, but I need evidence to provide them that I did. My former agency ID I believe is 81606 and I believe my HECM ID is MCMX78.

Where do I sign up for the certification exam? All I see on the site are practice exams and study materials

I am scheduled for the exam today at 9:30 am however the website shows that I have not registered for the exam so I cannot launch it. I registered on Wednesday December 4 and my transaction confirmation code is #26cd78b26b11348dd1a1f01002b08e2d. I even received an email on Sunday confirming the test date and time. I contacted customer support for HUD today and was directed to Kryterion with no success. I have been trying to figure out this issue since 8:15 this morning.
