I cannot find where to register for the exam

Aloha, I have two users at our organization who are currently training to become certified HUD counselors. They keep receiving a notification about having MFA set up however upon clicking on the notification, it takes them to their profile page with nothing there to add to their authenticator app. Are we missing something? I believe they said they have one more login before being unable to access the training module. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am having issuing logging in & unable to set up my two-step factor authenticator.

They are going to foreclose on our home. We are in need of $48,000 as soon as possible however, I am not sure where to look. I have tried everything from Churches to The Salvation Army. I have no family that can help. What can I do? Thanks

For some reason I cannot register for the exam.

I am logged in to your website and and have completed the first two training modules but they don't show up as being completed. I have completed the first one twice but still get a message that says, "you have not started any training modules yet". Do you have any suggestions for me? Thank you.
