I cant log in

Hi, I took my test but never received an email to summarize why I failed.

I am being asked for a code for two factor authentication, I am not sure where to get the code, I did not receive any email or anything.

i can take the HUD Counselor courses, even if i dont work for a HUD agency, yet? i am unemployed and would like to broaden my knowledge and prepare myself for active employment.

I would like to register for an in person exam but want to make sure I make the correct selection. I only see retake and or online or in other languages. Can you tell me which option I need to select? or is online now the only form to take the HUD exam?
