Hello. I haven't been able to use any of my links to the training website for several days now. I did manage to get back to my account where I am still logged in, so that's good. However, I noticed that it states on the Training page that I have yet to start the modules. I have actually worked through the first four modules. How do I get the program to register my progress? another one from me - i took the HUD Housing Counseling Exam and passed. On your site, i filled out the steps to have my results transferred. I received an email with a link to the user profile. The link leads nowhere. I have inserted the email below Congratulations! You have successfully transferred your HUD Housing Counselors Certification written exam results to FHA Connection. To continue the process to become certified, you must begin your HUD Certified Housing Counselor Application in FHA Connection.

I work for STOP Inc. and currently studying to become a HUD counselor. The CEO Regina Lawrence is currently receiving referrals. As of now we do not have a counselor on board. How do we turn off the referral tool until my certification is complete? Thank you.

I got locked out of my authenticator app. Its asking for a pin and I don't know what it is. How can I fix this?

I am trying to log into my account and it keeps asking for a two step authentication code and I am unsure how to obtain that code. I looked up frequently asked questions and other resources and I cannot find how to obtain that code. Can you assist me with figuring out how to get my code?

I am not receiving the authentication code necessary to log in when I attempt to. I have the HUD Counselor's exam tomorrow morning and will need this in order to take that test.
