I am having another issue with logging in to my account. Once my account was reset from being locked out due to ongoing website maintenance issues, I completed the two-step verification and I was successful that day with logging in to my account. When I tried to log in to my account on my phone, like I was able to do before the website maintenance, I could not log in to my account. I tried on my laptop and I was unable to log in on my laptop. Then I tried again on a different laptop at another location with no success.

Ticket from Jennifer Martins - HECM Exam

I am a counselor that was registered to take the HECM Exam on 08/16/24. But it appears that I was given the HUD exam incorrectly. (See email with test results below). My manager said that I should have received a score out of 100 - and need an 80% to pass but as you can see this test gave me a score of 429 out of 500 required which gave me a FAIL. I was unable to attach a screenshot of the test reminder and confirmation of the test registration here but I can provide that if needed.
