Hi, I've tried twice now to take the online proctored exam, and both times it hasn't allowed me to take it. I hit the launch button and it takes me to another page that says I've logged out, but doesn't let me log back in. I've spent $120 at this point trying to take the HUD housing counselor exam and haven't been able to speak to anyone. When I go to the Kryterion chat, it tells me that they're unable to assist me and to contact HUD. When I contact HUD, I get a support ticket and nothing ever happens and the problem continues to NOT be solved.

Hi. My name is Trent Oliver. I passed the HUD exam on Tuesday 7/16. I tried clicking the transfer results button, I did all the steps and I got two rejection notices saying my SSN was not on the counseling roster. I'm not sure what I have to do, when i click on the Transfer results button again today it says "Access Denied".. Thank you in advance!

Hi, I just completed my practice exam for the HUD Certified Housing Counselor Exam and I did not receive any information that would help me know how I did. It seemed like the page did not fully load or some sort of technical error occurred. A score was missing, information on how I did per section, any scoring range information, no review of the answer's I got wrong etc. Is there any way I can receive the information I need to prepare for the test? Hello. I am wanting to follow up on the status of the FHA connection problem on your website that has prevented me from being able to transfer my HUD test results to FHAC. Your weblink between Kryterion and FHA, is not working and has not allowed me to upload my exam/certification for HUD counselor. Because of the way it is set up, It doesn't allow me to receive the cert. # or even a Receipt of payment for the exam. I passed this last friday7/12 and have been in touch with everyone to no avail. Kryterion is stating that the issue is with the hyper-link connection through your website. I really need this resolved, it is affecting other people's lives, not just mine. Thank you.

On Friday 7/12, I passed my counselor exam and Kryterion is stating that the link between them and your website is down, which is preventing my certification of exam to be uploaded and me receiving my certification number. I need this for my position here at our counseling center. Could you please have your IT people get this issue resolved. Thank you
