HUD Exam Hub | HUD Housing Counselors Training and Testing for Certification

I have taken the exam once before online. I just logged in to try to set up another exam, but in person. When I did, it shows that I am scheduled for a test and wants me to launch the exam. I did not pay for another online exam, and would like to schedule one for in person.

Hello, I'm reaching out from Fort Morgan Colorado zip code 80701. I'm reaching out to register for the exam online to take the Hud housing counselor exam online. 1. I am attempting to complete the Interactive Online Training Study for the Certification Exam with the HUD Housing Counselors' interactive online training. Unfortunately, I am unable to turn on the audio. Please advise me on if the modules are video only. 2. Downloading Modules - I read that downloading is possible; however, I was unable to see where or how to download them. Please forgive my ignorance on how to use the training modules, but I look forward to completing them and then passing the exams. Thanks for your help.
