I am attempting to register for the HECM exam but everything I complete filling out my info and hit "register for exam" it logs me out to the log in page again with a message that says "An external client application is requesting access to your data in this site. Please log in first to authorize the operation" once I attempt to log in I receive an error message "Contact support to reset access"

Not able to log in, I have reset my password several times.

I'm trying to schedule my HUD Cert. Exam, but I can't log into my account. When I enter my email to change my password, it keeps telling me to contact support, and it doesn't work.

How can I reschedule HECM Exam

I don't know how to get my Authentification code.
