Hi this is Megan Freeman. My phone number is 913-787-5545. I am calling because I am trying to print my HUD certification exam certificate. I have tried logging into my account and I am using the dual authenticator code, the Microsoft version and when I am entering the authorization code it gives me it is saying it is an invalid code. How can I log in to the counselor website to print my certificate?

Hello my name is Bailey Gaffney. My phone number is 315-748-2647 I am logged or locked out of my account. Hi and good morning. I got an email saying that I failed the HECM exam with a score of zero. I did read the 99th question outloud & got a message saying I was not allowed to do that. Was I given a zero because of that error? Thank you. Crystal Doe

I have lost access to my Microsoft Authenticator app and can no longer authenticate into my HUD account. This has locked me out of the HUD website that require MFA. Would I be able to reset my MFA account or obtain a QR code connected to it for a new set up? Or possibly disabling the MFA to access my account? I am just needing access to transfer my exam results so i can gain my Certificate. thank you!
