Hello, I have had to reset my password multiple times in order to gain access to my account. I sent a request to reset it again but i have not gotten the email to reset the PW. I even tried making a new account and it says that my email is in use My exam is tomorrow morning at 9am and i need to ensure i have access prior. Yes hello I was calling my name is Ebony Dandridge and I was calling to get assistance with logging back into my account. I was locked out and when I received the e-mail to reset my password it just says to contact support. It won't let me log in and create like a new password.
