I cannot access my account. I’ve tried several times to install either Google or Microsoft authenticator to no avail. I had sent a service request before, but I wasn’t very clear about what I was looking for. I need access to this for my iPad and an HP laptop windows 11 of 11 does not work with authenticators so I’m not sure what I need to input so I can work on the exam prep on both systems. I am so frustrated with Google and Microsoft. Neither one of them is Helpful. Can you please call me?

I can't get two step verification set up on an HP laptop with Windows 11. It does not support authenticator programs. After 2 days I finally figured that out! I have been working with an iPad without any problems.

I am experiencing an issue signing into my account due to not receiving the code required for two-factor authentication. This issue is preventing me from accessing the training materials and continuing my certification process.

All the online training modules are freezing about 3/4 of the way through each lesson. It's done this on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome for me. I'd like to do the training modules in full but they aren't letting me.
