I have contacted you guys multiple times. Not once has my issue been solved. I have tried every way humanly possible to access my failed HECM Exam scored. I have been told they come in an email, and have also been told they are located on my user profile. None of these have been true for me. I have searched far and wide throughout my user profile and no HECM scored are there to be found I promise. I also get an email after I complete the exam with no scores on it. For some reason it sends me an email that I completed the Certification Exam which I have already passes long ago.

Alternative tfa besides those listed in this document, something other than Microsoft, Google app, etc.

Good morning support; I again need to have access to my account reset. Whenever i attempt to setup the 2 step TFA; System tells me there is an error and locks me out after the second or third time i go into my account.

Good morning. I already pass the test. I tried to log in to my account, to finish the process for certification. I logged in, I put the application verification code, and it appeared invalid application. I tried 5 times. Then I tried to reset my password; system sent me the link to my email. I clicked on that link, then I clicked in log in, then the system took me to application verification code, (it didn't send me to put my new password), I put my application verification code, as it was requested, and it appeared Invalid application code again and again.
