I scheduled am online exam today June 6 2020 at 1pm. Every time I try to launch the exam, the system logs me out “due to system security” I called the technical support line, the rep told me download chrome, I did that did not work, he requested I disable my anti-virus software, I did but that did not fix the issue...What is the solution to this

My director and myself were notified that our training was canceled in March of 2020 for the NCRC HUD Exam training by NCRC (and not us) due to COVID-19 and we received notice recently that we are still signed up for the class. Is there a way that this fee can be waived due to the circumstances of the coronavirus? This was completely out of our hands.
