I am trying to transfer results to FHAC and I continue to receive an error message ( Error returned from Website: (1) Addr_CITY may not be longer than 17 characters)

I'm not sure what to do about this, my address is not requested on the Transfer results to FHAC menu. Any guidance to resolve is greatly appreciated.

I just passed the HUD Certification test.  I was previously on FHA Connection as a HECM counselor so I still have a username and password.  How do I find the HUD Certified Housing Counselor Application on FHA Connection?  Where is it exactly?  Can you help me?

I took exam on 12/16/19 at network technology academy in Somerville. The date had contractor works there and made so noisy, I can't do well for my test, also when I start my test, I put the start key but nothing on the screen so I wait for 5 minutes and ask for help, that happen will take more minutes loss, I don't have enough time to back to review my test. However, I'm asking for a refund or free retest again, thank you for help.

My name is Delanne Rains, in Tucson AZ. I tested on 12/12/19 and received the PASS results that day, however I had entered my personal email address and the results went there. I did not understand this to be an issue until attempting to transfer my results to the FHA Connection; the system says I have not taken the exam.

I registered to take the test via the system, where my (work) email is deer@ccs-pio.org, so I believe the system can track that, and that I appeared at the appointed time and tested.....and see the test result.

Hello, Are certificates given for completing each online training?

Caller requested assistance with updating her usename and email address since changing employers. She could not log in and change the information herself because she could not recall her password and the reset message was going to her deactivated email from her former employer. Support updated her email address in her user profile so that she could use the new email to reset her password. Caller was successful.

I am at my testing site and I am having issues being allowed in because of being from Hispanic ethnicity and having two last names. Unbeknownst to me I must use both last name when scheduling an exam through Kryterion. I updated my HUD online profile to reflect my two last names and kryterion wants me to provide an email that my last name was updated on the HUD housing counseling website so that I may take my HUD exam. I have never had this issue obtaining credit, flying commercially or in my day to day life.
